- Reporting on Study Agreements in Plan Enrollment and Census Enrollment: Please be aware that when reporting Study Agreements in the Plan Enrollment and Census Enrollment subject areas, you might observe variations due to the unique logic incorporated into the underlying Census tables. Specifically, for coterms with a Study Agreement in their undergraduate (UG) career, this agreement will only be reflected in their graduate (GR) career within the Census Enrollment subject area. Within the Plan Enrollment subject area, these same coterms will have blank values for Study Agreements on their GR careers.

- Reporting on race/ethnicity data from the Census Enrollment subject area: Please DO NOT USE anything in the subfolder Student Race-Ethnicity Federal Reporting and instead use the values in Student Race-Ethnicity Bridged Reporting folder. Most of the values in the Federal folder match; the Bridged folder is the appropriate one. We had hidden the federal folder in May, but somehow it got unhidden. Because of the year-end financial freeze, we are working with the technical folks to see when they can hide it again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

- Reporting on race/ethnicity data from the Census Enrollment subject area: Inconsistencies have been identified among (and sometimes within) the different groupings of race/ethnicity data in the Census Enrollment subject area: the fields labeled “Bridged Federal Race Ethnicity” or “Bridged Enhanced Federal Race Ethnicity” were not consistent with the fields labeled “Federal Race Ethnicity” and “Enhanced Federal Race Ethnicity”. After internal review, it has been decided to hide the folder with the inconsistent fields: Student Race-Ethnicity Federal Reporting. Instead, analysts should continue to use the fields in the folder Student Race-Ethnicity Bridged Reporting. It should be noted that this is only in the Census Enrollment subject area.
